摘 要:近两年,国家出台了一系列重视中小学心理健康的相关政策,发布的《全面加强和改进新时代学生心理健康工作专项行动计划(2023—2025)》,提出要五育并举促进心理健康,加强中小学生心理健康教育。本文聚焦以学生为中心的中小学心理健康教育课程改革,深入剖析当前中小学心理健康教育课程存在的问题,阐述以学生为中心进行改革的重要性与理论基础,进而从课程目标、内容、教学方法、评价体系以及师资队伍建设等多方面提出具体的改革策略,旨在通过这些改革,提升心理健康教育课程质量,切实满足学生心理健康发展需求,促进学生全面成长。In the past two years,the country has introduced a series of policies that attach importance to the mental health of primary and secondary schools.The"Special Action Plan for Strengthening and Improving the Mental Health of Students in the New Era(2023-2025)"has been released,which proposes to promote mental health through five aspects of education and strengthen mental health education for pri⁃mary and secondary school students.This article focuses on the reform of student-centered primary and secondary school mental health edu⁃cation curriculum,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the current primary and secondary school mental health education curriculum,elaborates on the importance and theoretical basis of student-centered reform,and then proposes specific reform strategies from various aspects such as curriculum objectives,content,teaching methods,evaluation system,and teacher team construction.The aim is to improve the quality of mental health education curriculum through these reforms,effectively meet the needs of students'mental health development,and promote their comprehensive growth.
