摘  要:随着时代的发展与科技的进步,社会对于初中生的要求逐渐增多,这对他们的心理健康产生了一定的影响。因此,本文以基于积极心理学的初中心理健康教育课程改革为主要研究内容,从积极心理学对初中心理健康教育课程改革的意义出发,探讨并罗列当下初中心理健康教育课程存在的问题,分析以上问题的解决方法并讨论可以有效促进心理健康教育课程改革的实践措施,以期能为基于积极心理学的初中心理健康教育课程改革研究提供帮助。With the development of the times and the advancement of technology,society's requirements for middle school students are grad⁃ually increasing,which has a certain impact on their mental health.Therefore,this article focuses on the reform of middle school mental health education curriculum based on positive psychology.Starting from the significance of positive psychology in the reform of middle school mental health education curriculum,it explores and lists the problems existing in the current middle school mental health education curriculum,analyzes the solutions to the above problems,and discusses practical measures that can effectively promote the reform of middle school mental health education curriculum,in order to provide assistance for the research of middle school mental health education curricu⁃lum reform based on positive psychology.
