《法理学》课程启发探究式教学模式的运用研究

摘  要:法理学作为法学体系的基石和核心,为学生理解法律的本质、价值、目的以及法律体系的运行提供了理论框架和思维方法。然而,随着社会的快速发展,法学教育面临着一系列新的挑战和要求。为了改变这种现状,引入启发探究式教学模式显得尤为迫切。该模式能够打破传统教学模式的束缚,通过创设问题情境、引导学生自主探究等方式,激发学生的学习兴趣和主动性,培养学生的独立思考能力和创新精神,从而有效提高法理学教学质量,更好地实现法学教育的目标。Jurisprudence,as the cornerstone and core of the legal system,provides a theoretical framework and thinking method for students to understand the essence,value,purpose,and operation of the legal system.However,with the rapid development of society,legal educa⁃tion is facing a series of new challenges and requirements.In order to change this situation,it is particularly urgent to introduce an inspiring inquiry based teaching model.This model can break free from the constraints of traditional teaching methods,stimulate students'interest and initiative in learning,cultivate their independent thinking ability and innovative spirit through creating problem scenarios,guiding stu⁃dents to explore independently,and other methods,thereby effectively improving the quality of jurisprudence teaching and better achieving the goals of legal education.
