摘　　要：在职业教育发展、国家对中职院校投入增加及办学政策开放的背景下,中职院校对教学科研设备需求大增,传统采购管理模式弊端凸显。开发契合中职院校实际需求的采购管理系统成为必然。本文围绕该系统展开,阐述其设计与实现过程。先介绍研究背景与意义,分析系统需求,进行UML系统建模;接着设计以B/S为主的总体架构,规划数据库;随后详细说明采购立项、招标采购管理、合同管理等模块的实现方式。该系统满足了中职院校采购流程规范化、信息化需求,提升了采购效率与管理水平,但随着技术发展和院校业务拓展,需持续优化升级,如深化前沿技术应用、加强系统集成融合,为中职教育发展提供动力。Against the backdrop of the development of vocational education,the increase in national investment in vocational colleges,and the opening of educational policies,vocational colleges have seen a significant increase in demand for teaching and research equipment,highlighting the drawbacks of traditional procurement management models.Developing a procurement management system that meets the actual needs of vocational colleges has become inevitable.This article focuses on the system and elaborates on its design and implementa⁃tion process.Firstly,introduce the research background and significance,analyze the system requirements,and conduct UML system model⁃ing;Next,design an overall architecture based on B/S and plan the database;Subsequently,provide a detailed explanation of the implemen⁃tation methods for modules such as procurement project initiation,bidding procurement management,and contract management.This sys⁃tem meets the standardization and informatization needs of the procurement process in vocational colleges,improving procurement effi⁃ciency and management level.However,with the development of technology and the expansion of college business,continuous optimization and upgrading are needed,such as deepening the application of cutting-edge technology,strengthening system integration and integration,and providing impetus for the development of vocational education.
