摘 要:本文通过分析发生在工作中具体的案例,探讨家校矛盾产生的原因并提出有效的干预措施,以构建和谐的家校关系、促进学生的健康成长。案例中作者运用萨提亚冰山理论,深入剖析班主任、家长和学生内心的渴望和期待,并探讨如何善用共情来化解矛盾,促进家校之间的有效沟通和合作。This article explores the causes of family school conflicts and proposes effective intervention measures by analyzing specific cases that occur in the workplace,in order to build a harmonious family school relationship and promote the healthy growth of students.In the case,the author applies Satir's iceberg theory to deeply analyze the inner desires and expectations of class teachers,parents,and students,and explores how to use empathy to resolve conflicts and promote effective communication and cooperation between families and schools.
