摘 要:本研究通过混合研究方法,系统探讨了羽毛球教学对大学生人际交往能力的影响机制。研究采用实验设计,对120名大学生进行为期12周的干预实验,结合问卷调查、深度访谈和统计分析,揭示了羽毛球教学在提升大学生团队协作、沟通技巧和社交自信等方面的显著效果。研究发现,羽毛球教学不仅通过运动特有的互动性促进即时社交行为,还通过长期训练培养了学生的社交认知能力和情绪调节技巧。研究结果为高校体育课程改革提供了实证依据,拓展了运动社交功能的理论框架,并为大学生心理健康教育和社交能力培养提供了可操作的实践路径。This study systematically explores the impact mechanism of badminton teaching on the interpersonal communication ability of col⁃lege students through a mixed research method.The study adopted an experimental design and conducted a 12 week intervention experi⁃ment on 120 college students.Combining questionnaire surveys,in-depth interviews,and statistical analysis,it revealed the significant effects of badminton teaching on improving college students'teamwork,communication skills,and social confidence.Research has found that badminton teaching not only promotes immediate social behavior through the unique interactivity of the sport,but also cultivates stu⁃dents'social cognitive abilities and emotional regulation skills through long-term training.The research results provide empirical evidence for the reform of physical education courses in universities,expand the theoretical framework of the social function of sports,and provide practical paths for the psychological health education and social ability cultivation of college students.
