摘　　要：Traumatic axonal lesions of peripheral nerves disrupt neuronal connections with their targets,resulting in the loss of motor and sensory functions.Despite the peripheral nervous system’s capacity for axonal regrowth,this may lead to permanent impairements resulting in a loss of quality of life and a high socioeconomic burden.
