摘  要:目前拱形钢桁架空间结构在世界范围内迅猛发展,其主要施工方式为分段吊装空中组拼,而在一些场地受限的特殊工况下需进行空中滑移安装,需解决高落差桁架滑移安装过程中结构设计、加工组拼、吊装、滑移、稳定性控制等各环节面临的技术难题。以北京市石景山区地铁S1线苹果园站拱形钢管桁架屋盖工程为研究背景,通过开展高落差拱形钢管桁架加工制造技术、新型滑移安装技术以及整体稳定控制技术的研究,探索并形成了整套建造技术,并在实践中应用,可供同类工程的设计和施工参考,为促进行业进步发挥积极作用。Currently,the arch shaped steel truss space structure has developed rapidly worldwide,and its main construction method is segmented hoisting and aerial assembly.However,in some special working conditions where the site is limited,aerial sliding installation is required.It is necessary to solve the technical problems faced in the structural design,processing assembly,hoisting,sliding,stability control and other aspects of the high drop truss sliding installation process.the arch steel pipe truss roof project of Pingguoyuan Station on Line S1 in Shijingshan District,Beijing was taken as the research background.Through the study of high drop arch steel pipe truss processing and manufacturing technology,new sliding installation technology,and overall stability control technology,a complete set of construction techniques had been explored and formed,and applied in practice.It can provide reference and demonstration for the design and construction of similar projects,and play a positive role in promoting industry progress.
