摘  要:预应力钢绞线具有强度大、松弛性好的特点,被广泛应用在桥梁、建筑等工程中。常规的接触式引伸计测量法在安全性和测量精度上存在不足,本研究构建了一种基于空间形变特性的新型预应力钢绞线极限拉伸伸长率视觉检测技术。利用立体视觉系统对钢绞线实施单轴拉伸试验,收集钢绞线在横向及纵向的拉伸量随时间变化的位移数据曲线,进而与引伸计所得数据开展对比研究。对9根不同工况的钢绞线进行拉伸试验,试验结果表明,该方法与引伸计所测结果相差小于0.02 mm,实现了对多根钢丝绞合钢绞线的非接触式测量,具有可行性和广泛应用前景。Prestressed steel strand has the characteristics of high strength and good relaxation,and is widely used in engineering such as bridges and buildings.The traditional contact measurement of extensometers has problems such as insecurity and inability to guarantee testing accuracy.Therefore,a machine vision testing method for the ultimate tensile strength of prestressed steel strands based on spatial deformation characteristics was proposed.Uniaxial tensile testing was performed on the tested steel strand using binocular eye vision,and the time displacement curves of the transverse and longitudinal tensile changes were obtained and compared with the results of the extensometer.Tensile tests were conducted on 9 steel strands under different working conditions,and the experimental results showed that the difference between the method and the results measured by the extensometer was less than 0.02 mm,achieving non-contact measurement of multiple steel wire stranded steel strands,which is feasible and has broad application prospects.
