产教融合模式下AI赋能“模拟法庭”在经济法教学中的应用

摘  要:产教融合是当前职业教育与高等教育改革发展的重要方向,经济法作为一门应用性较强的学科,其教学不仅要传授理论知识,更要培养学生运用法律知识解决实际问题的能力。通过探索AI赋能“模拟法庭”在经济法教学中的应用,发现应用AI技术能够提供真实多样的案例资源、逼真的模拟法庭环境、智能化的案例分析和指导以及个性化的自主学习路径。研究结果显示,AI赋能的“模拟法庭”能够提升学生的实践能力、法律思维和创新能力,然而面临技术应用成本高、教师适应能力待提升、学生技术素养差异及法律伦理和数据安全等问题,对此,多方合作降低技术成本、加强教师培训、分层教学及完善管理制度等策略可以为经济法教学质量的提升和法律人才的培养提供新途径。The integration of industry and education is a crucial direction for the reform and development of vocational and higher education.Economic law,as a highly practical discipline,requires teaching not only theoretical knowledge but also the ability to apply legal knowledge to solve real-world problems.By exploring the application of AI-enabled“moot court”in economic law teaching,it is found that AI technology can provide diverse and authentic case resources,realistic moot court environments,intelligent case analysis and guidance,and personalized learning paths.Research results show that AI-enabled“moot court”can enhance students'practical skills,legal thinking,and innovation capabilities.However,challenges such as high technology application costs,teachers’adaptability,students’varying levels of technical proficiency,and legal ethics and data security issues remain.Strategies such as multi-party collaboration to reduce technology costs,enhanced teacher training,differentiated teaching,and improved management systems can provide new pathways for improving the quality of economic law teaching and cultivating legal talents.
