摘 要:张謇的用人理念发端于他实业救国、教育救国的宏图伟略,成熟于推动南通早期现代化进程中异域借才、办学育才的实践,凝练了求必其适、慧眼识珠、甘为人梯、首重道德、真情厚意等个性特点,最终形成了极具借鉴意义的用人之道。张謇用人之道启示新时代人才工作要聚焦中国式现代化区域新实践,秉持量才适用、德才兼具原则,以真爱为出发点和落脚点;新时代的人才工作者要境界高远、勇于担当。Zhang Jian’s philosophy of talent utilization originated from his ambitious strategies of saving the nation through industry and education.It reached maturity during the early modernization of Nantong,as demonstrated by his practices of recruiting talents from diverse countriess and nurturing them through educational initiatives.This philosophy is characterized by distinctive traits,including the pursuit of the right fit for the job,the ability to recognize latent talent,a selfless spirit of mentorship,a primary focus on moral integrity,and sincere care for employees.As a result,it has evolved into a highly valuable approach to talent management.In the new era,talent management efforts should align with the regional practice of Chinese-style modernization.They should adhere to the principles of matching talent with appropriate tasks and emphasizing both professional competence and moral character,with genuine care for talent serving as the overarching guiding principle.Moreover,talent managers in the new era are expected to possess broad vision,lofty aspirations,and the courage to take on responsibilities.
