基于产品质量观的高职人才培养质量管理体系研究

摘　　要：针对当前高职教育高质量发展中存在的质量内涵过于宽泛、聚焦不足等问题,提出依照产品质量观构建以学生发展质量建设为中心、人才培养工作和毕业生跟踪服务工作为两翼的高职人才培养质量管理体系,并从质量保证和质量保障的视角,阐释了人才培养工作质量、毕业生跟踪服务质量与学生发展质量之间的因果逻辑,进一步提出,要重塑学生发展质量评价和表达话语体系,完善高职人才培养质量报告编制要求,更好引导高职教育高质量健康发展。In the current drive for high-quality development in higher vocational education,there is an issue of overly broad quality connotations and a lack of focus.To address this,this paper proposes constructing a quality management system for higher vocational talent cultivation grounded in the product quality concept.This system takes the quality construction of student development as its core,with talent cultivation and graduate tracking service as the two key components.From the perspectives of quality assurance and quality guarantee,the paper elucidates the causal relationships among the quality of talent cultivation,the quality of graduate tracking services,and student development quality.Based on this analysis,it is suggested that the evaluation and discourse system for student development quality should be re-established,and the requirements for compiling quality reports on higher vocational talent cultivation should be refined.These measures aim to better guide the high-quality and sustainable development of higher vocational education.
