摘　　要：目的 探讨化疗联合卡瑞利珠单抗治疗对老年非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤标志物指标及免疫功能的影响。方法 纳入本院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的40例老年非小细胞肺癌患者,将使用化疗联合卡瑞利珠单抗治疗的20例作为联合组,将只使用化疗方法治疗的20例作为单一组,对比两组肿瘤标志物指标及免疫功能。结果 治疗后,联合组癌胚抗原(CEA)水平、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)水平、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)水平比单一组低(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组CD3+水平、CD4+水平比单一组高,CD8+水平比单一组低(P<0.05)。结论 在老年非小细胞肺癌患者中联合采用化疗与卡瑞利珠单抗治疗能够降低CEA水平、CYFRA21-1水平、SCC水平,帮助患者恢复免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of chemotherapy combined with carilizumab on tumor markers and immune function of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The paper included 40 elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.20 cases in the combination group were treated with chemotherapy combined with carilizumab,while 20 cases in the single group with chemotherapy only.The tumor marker indicators and immune function between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the combination group had lower levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCC)than the single group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in the combination group were higher than the single group,CD8+level was lower than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with carilizumab treatment can reduce levels of serum tumor markers,including carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cytokeratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1)and squamous cell carcinoma associated antigen(SCC)of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer,can help recover immune function of patients.
