角膜屈光手术治疗成人弱视的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨角膜屈光手术治疗成人弱视的临床效果。方法 将2022年1月—2023年6月在本院眼科治疗的76例成人弱视患者作为研究对象,均使用飞秒激光辅助的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(FS-LASIK),对比术前术后的视力、立体视功能、并发症及生活质量。结果 患者术后裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力高于术前,等效球镜度、双眼屈光参差度低于术前(P<0.05);术后立体视功能<100" 眼数的比例明显增加,与术前相比有明显差异(P<0.05);所有患者均未出现感染、角膜上皮下雾状浑浊、弥漫性层间角膜炎等并发症,仅有2例发生屈光回退;术后QIRC评分明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 角膜屈光手术LASIK治疗成人弱视的临床效果显著,能有效提高视力及立体视功能。Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of corneal refractive surgery in treatment of adult amblyopia.Methods The paper chose 76 adult patients with amblyopia in our ophthalmology department from January 2022 to June 2023 as study subjects,treated with femtosecond laser assisted laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK).Preoperative and postoperative visual acuity,stereoscopic vision function,complications and life quality were compared.Results The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity was higher than before surgery,while the equivalent spherical power and binocular refractive error was lower than before surgery (P<0.05).Proportion of eyes with postoperative stereoscopic vision function<100 "significantly increased than preoperative levels,there was significant difference from before surgery (P<0.05).All patients showed no complications of infection,corneal epithelial haze,diffuse interlayer keratitis,there were 2 cases of refractive regression.The postoperative QIRC scores were significantly higher than before,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion LASIK can achieve significant clinical effect for adult amblyopia,can improve vision and stereoscopic function effectively.
