安络化纤丸联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果及对肝纤维化的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨安络化纤丸联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果及对肝纤维化的影响。方法 选取2017年8月—2022年3月本院收治的150例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组75例患者。其中,对照组采取替诺福韦治疗,观察组采取替诺福韦与安络化纤丸联合应用,比较治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素(IL)-17A、IL-2水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组上述指标明显更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN)组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组上述指标均更低(P<0.05)。结论 安络化纤丸联合替诺福韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果满意,可减轻炎性反应,缓解肝纤维化。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Anluo Xiangxian Pill combined with Tenofovir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and its impact on liver fibrosis.Methods 150 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group,consisting of 75 patients,received treatment with tenofovir,while the observation group,consisting of 75 patients,received treatment with anluo synthetic fiber pills in addition to the control group.The treatment effects and fibrosis indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two treatment groups was higher in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant difference in serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1),interleukin (IL)-17A,and IL-22 between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the above indicators were significantly lower in the observation group (P<0.05);Before treatment,there were no significant difference in hyaluronic acid (HA),type Ⅲ procollagen (PC-Ⅲ),type Ⅳ collagen (Ⅳ-C),and laminin (LN) between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the above indicators were lower in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Anluo Xiangxian Pill and Tenofovir is effective in treating chronic hepatitis B,reducing inflammatory reactions and alleviating liver fibrosis.
