基于社区中医治未病需求的高职健康管理人才培养创新实践的探索

摘　　要：新时期,人们对于健康管理的需求越来越高,社区中医治未病的人才需求量也持续扩大。在高职健康管理专业教育中,全方位培养基于社区中医治未病需求的人才,有助于为社会输送更多符合社区需求的健康管理专业人才,进而充分发挥中医药在预防、保健、康复等领域的优势和作用,达到民众预防疾病、提高生活质量的目的。本文基于中医治未病的概念和价值,就高职健康管理专业人才培养策略展开探讨。In the new era,people have higher and higher demand for health management,and demand for TCM talents for disease prevention continues to expand in community.During education of health management majors in vocational colleges,comprehensive training of TCM talents for disease prevention based on demand in community can provide more health management professionals meeting needs of the community and leveraging the advantages and roles of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention,health nursing,rehabilitation and other fields,to achieve goal of preventing diseases and improving life quality of the people.The paper explores talent cultivation strategies of vocational health management majors based on concept and value of TCM for disease prevention.
