摘  要:目的探讨案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、问题教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合模拟教学(simulation-based education,SBE)在四年制康复治疗学专业教学中的效果。方法以四年制康复治疗学专业学生为研究对象,2020级学生为观察组,接受CBL+PBL+SBE联合教学法;2021级学生作为对照组,接受课堂讲座(LBL)+CBL+PBL教学法。两组均采用理论考试及操作考核方式评估教学效果,并在课程结束后进行教学满意度调查,比较两组学生的差异。结果观察组学生的理论、操作考核平均成绩以及对教学的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规教学法相比,CBL、PBL及SBE联合教学模式可以更好地培养实习生的临床技能,实习学生与带教老师共同进步,值得广泛推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of case-based learning (CBL),and problem-based learning (PBL) combined with simulation-based education (SBE) in the teaching of four-year rehabilitation therapy programs.Methods Students enrolled in the four-year rehabilitation therapy program were selected as study subjects.The 2020 cohort served as the observation group and received a combined CBL+PBL+SBE teaching approach,while the 2021 cohort served as the control group and received an LBL+CBL+PBL teaching method.Both groups were assessed through theoretical examinations and practical skill tests to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching.Additionally,a teaching satisfaction survey was conducted at the end of the course to compare differences between the two groups.Results The observation group demonstrated significantly higher average scores in both theoretical and practical assessments,as well as greater satisfaction with the teaching approach compared to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional teaching methods,the combined CBL,PBL,and SBE teaching model more effectively enhances interns' clinical skills,facilitating mutual progress between interns and instructors.This approach is worth widespread promotion.
