摘 要:为了数字化表征起绒织物表观形貌,提出了基于线结构光的起绒织物表观形貌三维表征方法。通过线结构光获取起绒织物表面状态数据,利用高斯迭代改进Steger算法,快速精准提取线结构光条纹中心线,采用基于Delaunay三角法对扫描的起绒织物表面线结构光条纹中心线数据进行起绒织物表观形貌的三维重构,通过建立起绒织物表面起伏度评定参数,数字化表征其表面状态。实验结果表明,本文方法可有效恢复起绒织物表观三维形貌,实现对起绒织物表面质量的数字化表征。In order to digitally characterize the surface topography of pile fabrics,a three-dimensional characterization method of the surface topography of pile fabrics based on line structured light was proposed.The surface state data of the pile fabric was obtained by line structured light,and the centerline of the line structured light stripe was extracted quickly and accurately by using Gaussian iteration to improve the Steger algorithm,and the centerline of the scanned line structured light stripe on the surface of the pile fabric was reconstructed by using Delaunay triangulation based on the centerline of the line structured light stripe on the scanning surface of the pile fabric to digitally characterize the surface shape of the pile fabric through the establishment of the evaluation parameter for the undulation degree of the surface of the fabric.The surface condition was digitally characterized by establishing the surface undulation evaluation parameter of the pile fabric.The experimental results show that the method in this paper can effectively recover the three-dimensional shape of the surface of pile fabrics and realize the digital characterization of the surface quality of pile fabrics.
