摘 要:针对松软地面履带机械牵引机理不明晰的问题,研究了履带与软土地面的耦合作用机理,创新性的提出了履带机械牵引特性的数学模型,并借助于RecurDyn软件对典型工况下履带机械挂钩牵引力的计算结果进行了分析,验证了数学模型的合理性。研究结果表明:松软地面环境下履带机械牵引特性的计算结果与仿真结果之间的误差为16.6%,满足工程实践应用的需要。论文构建的履带机械牵引特性数学模型能实现履带机械在松软地面上行驶时挂钩牵引力的准确评估和快速获取,为履带机械通过性的快速评估、自主路径规划及智能化产品研发提供了有效支撑。According to the problem of unclear traction mechanism of track equipment on soft ground,this paper had researched the coupling mechanism of track and soft ground,and innovately proposed a mathematical model of track equipment traction characteristics,the calculation results of hook traction of track equipment under typical working conditions are analyzed by using RecurDyn software,and the rationality of the mathematical model is verified.The results show that the error between the calculation results and the simulation results is 16.6%in soft ground environment,which meets the needs of engineering practice.The mathematical model of traction characteristics of track equipment constructed in this paper can achieve accurate evaluation and rapid acquisition of hook traction force when track equipment is running on soft ground,which provides effective support for the rapid evaluation of the track machinery's passibility,autonomous path planning and intelligent product design.
