改良功能吸附性义齿对全口义齿稳固性、发音功能及咬合力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良功能吸附性义齿对全口义齿稳固性、发音功能及咬合力的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月我院96例全口义齿修复患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组患者采用传统固定义齿进行修复,观察组患者采用改良功能吸附性义齿进行修复,比较两组患者义齿稳固性、发音功能及咬合力情况。结果修复后观察组患者上、下颌固位力大于对照组(P<0.05);发音清晰度高于对照组(P<0.05);咬合力大于对照组(P<0.05);患者舒适度、美观性、义齿稳固性等方面的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良功能吸附性义齿在全口义齿修复患者中的应用效果较好,能够显著提升义齿稳固性,改善患者发音功能及咬合力。Objective To investigate the effect of improved functional absorption dentures on the stability,articulation function and bite force of complete dentures.Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing complete denture restoration in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were separated into observation group and control group using random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional fixed dentures,while the observation group was treated with improved functional adsorption denture.The denture stability,articulation function and bite force of the two groups were compared.Results After restoration,the upper and lower jaw retention forces in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);the pronunciation clarity was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the bite force was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients with comfort,aesthetics,and denture stability was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of functional improved adsorption dentures in patients with complete denture restoration has a good effect in significantly improving the denture stability,the pronunciation function and the bite force.
