摘　　要：弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)是一种高度异质性淋巴瘤,病死率较高。18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射型计算机断层显像(fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)结合了功能代谢显像和解剖结构显像,具有高度敏感性和特异性,已广泛应用于DLBCL分期、疗效监测和预后评估等领域,但目前中期PET/CT对DLBCL的预后价值仍存在一定争议。近年来,随着对DLBCL预后研究不断深入,除传统指标外,越来越多的PET/CT新型指标也展现出了重要价值。因此,该文将针对基线、中期和治疗结束PET/CT传统及新型指标对于DLBCL的预后价值进行综述。Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)is a highly heterogeneous lymphoma with a high mortality rate.18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography(^(18)F-FDG PET/CT)combines functional metabolic imaging and anatomical structural imaging.PET/CT has been widely used in the fields of DLBCL staging,efficacy monitoring,and prognostic evaluation because of its high sensitivity and specificity,but the prognostic value of intermediate PET/CT in DLBCL is still controversial.In recent years,as the prognostic research on DLBCL has been deepened,more and more novel indicators of PET/CT have shown significant value in addition to traditional indicators.Therefore,this article will review the prognostic value of baseline,intermediate,and end-of-treatment PET/CT conventional and novel indicators for DLBCL.
