摘  要:胶质瘤作为中枢神经系统难治性的原发肿瘤,具有高侵袭性、原生血管形成、血脑屏障限制、肿瘤耐药等特点。传统手术切除加放化疗的方式不能很好的提高临床疗效与术后生存率,因此寻求更高效的新型疗法是目前胶质瘤的研究热点,该文以胶质瘤微环境免疫抑制特点为切入点,探究胶质瘤微环境中数目最多的巨噬细胞不同极化状态,更全面地了解不同巨噬细胞的功能与胶质瘤的关系,为胶质瘤的靶向治疗提供参考。Glioma,as a refractory primary tumor of the central nervous system,is characterized by high invasiveness,native angiogenesis,blood-brain barrier restriction,and tumor resistance.Traditional surgical resection plus chemoradiotherapy can not improve the clinical efficacy and postoperative survival rate well,so seeking more efficient novel therapies is currently the focus of glioma research.In this paper,glioma inhibitory microenvironment is used as the entry point to explore the different polarization states of the largest number of macrophages in the glioma microenvironment,more comprehensively understand the relationship between the function of different macrophages and glioma,and provide ideas for targeted therapy of glioma.
