摘 要:宫颈癌(cervical cancer,CC)是全球女性第五大常见的恶性肿瘤,且存在嗜神经侵袭(perineural invasion,PNI)的现象,这与肿瘤的复发、转移和不良预后相关。PNI的发生涉及了肿瘤与神经细胞的相互作用,许多信号分子也参与其中,能促进肿瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭神经,改变肿瘤微环境等。因此,学习和了解PNI现象的相关分子机制,不仅有利于术前预测PNI的发生,也能针对PNI的关键分子进行靶向治疗,改善宫颈癌患者的预后。该文总结并介绍了近年来宫颈癌PNI方面的研究进展,拟从宫颈癌PNI的研究背景、相关机制、诊断和治疗等方面进行综述,为宫颈癌PNI的研究和治疗提供理论依据。Cervical cancer(CC)is the fifth most common malignant tumor among women worldwide,with the presence of perineural invasion(PNI).PNI is a marker of poor prognosis and a predictor of poor survival in CC.The cross-talk of nerves and cancer cells is involved in the development of PNI,and many signaling molecules are also associated with the procedure,promoting the migration and invasion of tumor cells,and altering the tumor microenvironment.Therefore,it's essential to understand the molecular mechanism of PNI,which is conducive to predicting the presence of PNI before surgery,targeting key molecules for PNI treatment,and improving the prognosis of patients.This review will introduce the recent advance on the mechanism of PNI in CC,including the background,related mechanisms,diagnosis,and treatment,providing a theoretical basis for further studies.
