摘 要:肝细胞癌(HCC)是最常见的原发性肝癌,其在慢性肝脏炎症环境中发生发展,与病毒性肝炎感染或暴露于诸如酒精或黄曲霉毒素等有害环境因素密切相关.本文回顾了HCC在中国人群中的临床现状,梳理了现有诊治策略及其不足之处,系统性总结了早先及近期揭示的HCC细胞信号转导机制,并就以下两类前沿技术进行综述:(1)蛋白质组学技术,挖掘新的功能分子靶标;(2)靶向HCC特异性表达膜蛋白的前沿诊疗技术,以期为HCC的早期、精准诊治提供新的见解.Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common primary liver cancer,which develops in a chronic inflammatory environment of the liver,and is closely related to viral hepatitis infection or exposure to harmful environmental factors such as alcohol or aflatoxins.This article reviews the clinical status of HCC in Chinese population,discusses the existing diagnosis and treatment strategies and their shortcomings,systematically summarizes the early and recent revealed signal transduction mechanisms of HCC cells,and highlights the following two types of cutting-edge techniques:(1)proteomics technology,mining new functional molecular targets;and(2)advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques targeting membrane proteins that are specifically expressed by HCC in order to provide new insights for the early and precise diagnosis and effective treatment of HCC.
