摘  要:[目的]比较4种营养液对朝鲜蓟(Cynara scolymus L.)幼苗生长的影响,以期为朝鲜蓟无土栽培提供参考。[方法]以‘绿色朝鲜蓟’为试材,蛭石、珍珠岩、椰糠为栽培基质进行盆栽试验,蛭石、珍珠岩、椰糠的体积比为2∶1∶1。比较日本园试(T_(1))、Arnon&Hoagland番茄(1952)(T_(2))、Hoagland&Snyder(1938)(T_(3))和华南农大叶菜A(T_(4))等营养液配方对朝鲜蓟幼苗生长的影响,并分析营养液元素含量与植株生长指标的相关性。[结果]T_(1)处理最有利于朝鲜蓟株高及株幅的生长,定植后60 d其株高及株幅均显著大于T_(3)、T_(4)处理。定植后60 d,T_(1)处理叶长显著大于其他处理,叶宽显著大于T_(2)、T_(4)处理;T_(1)、T_(3)处理SPAD值差异不显著,但均显著大于T_(4)处理;T_(1)处理地下部鲜质量、干质量均最大,且与T_(2)、T_(4)处理差异显著。根系构型参数以T_(1)、T_(2)处理表现最好,定植后50 d的根系活力分别为10.20、10.05μg·g^(-1)·h^(-1),与T_(4)处理存在显著性差异。相关性分析表明,除Ca含量与根系长度呈负相关外,其他营养液元素含量与植株生长指标均呈正相关。[结论]日本园试配方(T_(1))在促进朝鲜蓟幼苗生长方面表现最佳,是朝鲜蓟苗期的最适营养液配方。[Purpose] The aim of the study is to compare the effects of four nutrient solution formulations on the seedling growth of artichoke(Cynara scolymus L.) and provide reference for soilless cultivation.[Method] The pot experiment was carried out with ‘green artichoke' as the test material,and vermiculite,perlite and coconut coir as the cultivation medium.The volume ratio of vermiculite,perlite and coconut coir was 2∶1∶1.The effects of nutrient solution formulations such as Japanese Garden Test(T_1),Arnon & Hoagland Tomato(1952)(T_2),Hoagland & Snyder(1938)(T_3),and South China Agricultural University Leaf Vegetable A(T_4) on the growth of artichoke seedlings were compared.Furthermore,the correlations between nutrient solution element content and plant growth indexes were analyzed.[Result] T_(1) treatment was the most beneficial to the growth of artichoke plant height and plant width,with the plant height and plant width significantly higher than T_(3) and T_(4) treatments 60 days after final planting.On day 60 after final planting,T_(1) treatment had significantly higher leaf length than other treatments and significantly higher leaf width than T_(2) and T_(4) treatments.The SPAD values of T_(1) and T_(3) treatments were not significantly different,while they were significantly higher than that of T_(4) treatment.The fresh and dry mass of the underground part under T_(1) treatment was the largest and significantly differences from that T_(2) and T_(4) treatments.T_(1) and T_(2) treatments showed the best performance regarding root configuration parameters,with the root activity 50 days after final planting being 10.20 and 10.05 μg·g~(-1)·h~(-1),respectively,which showed significant differences from that of T_(4) treatment.The correlation analysis showed that the content of Ca was negatively correlated with root length,while the content of other nutrient solution elements was positively correlated with plant growth indexes.[Conclusion] T_(1) demonstrates the best performance in promoting the growth of artich
