摘  要:数字化转型是数字时代高等教育发展的必然趋势。为顺应这一趋势,瑞士联邦委员会和瑞士大学联盟先后发布数字化转型战略和计划,直接推动了瑞士高等教育数字化转型进程。日内瓦大学抓住数字化转型机遇,提出构建高校数字教育新生态的战略愿景和全方位推动高校数字化转型的战略任务。在长期实践中形成了以管理数字化转型为基础,数字人才培养、数字学术服务和数字创新合作为核心内容,加快数字校园建设和助力数字社会建设的数字化转型路径。瑞士高等教育数字化转型总体呈现出“国家—大学联盟—高校”共推、“科学性”和“战略性”并进、“自上而下”和“自下而上”结合的特点。Digital transformation is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education in the digital era.In response to this trend,the Swiss Federal Council and Swissuniversities have successively released strategies and plans that have directly accelerated the digital transformation of Swiss higher education.The University of Geneva has quickly seized this opportunity,proposing a strategic vision for building a new digital education ecosystem and undertaking comprehensive initiatives to advance digital transformation at the institutional level.Through long-term practice,the university has developed a transformation pathway characterized by:digital governance as the foundation;digital talent cultivation,digital academic services and digital innovation cooperation as its core pillars;and the dual aims of developing a digital campus and contributing to the broader digital society.Overall,Switzerland’s digital transformation in higher education exhibits distinct features:joint promotion by the national government,the university alliance,and individual institutions;an integration of scientific planning and strategic foresight;and a combined top-down and bottom-up implementation approach.
