摘　　要：广西作为我国少数民族文化资源富集区,拥有众多国家级和自治区级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。然而在文化全球化背景下,现行翻译人才培养模式难以应对非遗国际传播需求,具体体现为:现有非遗翻译人才储备不足、现有培养体系存在学科壁垒、翻译实践与非遗活态传承需求脱节等问题。鉴于此,该文提出一系列优化策略与实施路径,构建起较为系统的广西非遗翻译人才培养模式,为广西非遗走向国际舞台提供有力保障,有效破解民族文化对外传播的翻译鸿沟,进而推动广西文化乃至中华文化在全球范围内的广泛传播,增强文化自信与民族凝聚力。Guangxi,as a region rich in ethnic minority cultural resources in China,boasts numerous national and provincial-level representative projects of intangible cultural heritage(ICH).However,under the context of cultural globalization,the current translator training approach struggles to meet the demands of international dissemination of ICH.Key challenges include insufficient reserve of ICH translators,disciplinary barriers within existing training systems,and disconnection between translation practices and the dynamic inheritance needs of ICH.To address these issues,this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies and implementation approaches,aiming to establish a systematic training approach for ICH translators in Guangxi.This model will provide robust support for Guangxi's ICH to reach the global stage,effectively bridge the"translation gap"in the international communication of ethnic cultures,and thereby promote the widespread dissemination of Guangxi's culture and Chinese culture worldwide,enhancing cultural confidence and national cohesion.
