摘 要:水稻是全球一半以上人口的主要粮食作物,而水稻种子活力对种子质量和稻谷产量有至关重要的影响。现有的种子活力检测方法以发芽试验为主,属于破坏性的方法。为了弥补现有检测方法的不足,以6个水稻品种为材料,通过人工加速老化处理0、5、10和20 d,以获得不同活力梯度的种子,利用多光谱成像系统采集水稻种子多光谱图像和颜色特征数据,研究基于多光谱成像中颜色特征和nCDA(归一化典型判别分析)图像中的CIELab色空间值,用于评估水稻种子活力的可行性。结果表明,老化处理后,6个水稻品种的种子发芽时间整体延长,种子活力整体下降;6个品种的多光谱成像中CIELab值变化均不明显,且与种子活力指标间的相关性不显著;多光谱图像经nCDA转化后,nCDA能够将不同老化时间的种子进行区分,且nCDA图像中的CIELab a^(*)、CIELab b^(*)与4个活力指标呈极显著负相关,其中CIELab a^(*)与发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数的相关性最高,相关系数分别为-0.6593、-0.6515、-0.6617,表明基于多光谱图像的CIELab色空间颜色特征值在种子活力检测中具有应用潜力。Rice is the staple food crop for more than half of the world's population,and rice seed vigour has a crucial impact on the yield and seed quality.The existing seed vigour detection methods are mainly based on germination test,which is a destructive method.In order to make up for the drawbacks of the existing detection methods,six rice varieties were used as materials,and seeds with different vigour gradients were obtained by artificially accelerated aging treatments for 0,5,10 and 20 days.The multispectral images and color feature data of rice seeds were collected by multispectral imaging system,and the possibility of evaluating rice seed vigour based on color features in multispectral imaging and CIELab color space values in nCDA(normalized canonical discriminant analysis)images was studied.The results showed that the seed germination time of the six rice varieties was prolonged and the seed vigor was decreased after accelerated aging.The changes of CIELab values in multispectral imaging of six varieties after accelerated aging were not obvious,and the correlation between CIELab values and seed vigour indexes was not significant.After the multispectral images were transformed by nCDA,the seeds with different aging time could be distinguished by the nCDA image,and the values of CIELab a^(*)and CIELab b^(*)in the nCDA image were significantly negatively correlated with the four vigour indexes.Among them,CIELab a^(*)had the highest correlation with germination rate,germination potential and germination index,and the correlation coefficients were-0.6593,-0.6515 and-0.6617,respectively,indicating that the CIELab color features based on multispectral imaging had application potential in seed vigour detection.
