县域大学生返乡就业创业成长路径及支持机制研究

摘　　要：聚焦县域大学生返乡就业创业问题,采用文献分析、问卷调研与深度访谈方法,构建了县域大学生返乡就业创业成长路径模型。研究结果显示,个人因素、家庭支持、社会资本与政策环境是影响大学生返乡就业创业的关键因素。应通过完善政策支持、强化创业教育、搭建服务平台、优化创业生态等支持机制促进县域大学生返乡就业创业,推动乡村振兴与区域经济发展。The study focuses on the problem of returning home for employment and entrepreneurship of county college students,constructs the growth path model of returning home for employment and entrepreneurship of county college students through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The results show that personal,family support,social capital and policy environment are the key influencing factors of returning home for employment and entrepreneurship of college students returning home for employment and entrepreneurship.It is suggested to improve policy support,enhance entrepreneurship education,build service platforms,optimize entrepreneurship ecology and other support mechanisms to promote the return of county college students returning home for employment and entrepreneurship,and promote rural revitalization and regional economic development.
