摘　　要：为探究信息化生态背景下高校学生管理体系建设的阶段性成效,构建高校信息化生态学生管理体系,获取某高校受访者对信息化生态管理成效的评价,通过描述性分析、Pearson相关性分析与单因素方差分析等研究方法分析各指标层间的相关程度,对不同群体的评价结果进行差异化分析。结果表明,校园卡对信息化技术的使用率最高,高校在信息化生态管理工作中更加注重学生需求,重视服务评价与个性化体验,女性群体、教学人员与研究生对高校学生管理体系的整体成效评价较高。基于此,提出健全管理制度、加大宣传力度、筑牢安全屏障等策略,以期为未来高校学生管理体系信息化建设提供新思路。The study explores the phased results of the construction of university student management system under the background of informatization ecology.The study builds a university informatization ecological student management system,obtains the evaluation of the effectiveness of informatization ecological management by a university interviewee;analyzes the correlation degree of each index layer through descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA;and differentiates the evaluation results of different groups.The results show that campus card has the highest utilization rate of information technology.Colleges and universities pay more attention to the needs of students,service evaluation and personalized experience in the information ecological management.Female groups,teaching staff and postgraduates have higher evaluation on the overall effectiveness of the university student management system.Based on this,it is suggested to improve management system,increase publicity,and build security barrier,so as to provide new ideas for the future informatization construction of college student management system.
