高校学生管理体系现状评估及创新路径探索

摘　　要：对某市高校在校大学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 19.0数据分析软件进行实证研究,深入剖析当前高校学生管理体系的现状和当前高校学生管理体系亟需转变的重要性。结果表明,学生对高校管理规章的了解并不充分,但基本上所有学生都认为高校现行的管理体系比较合理或非常合理。高校在学生宿舍生活管理和社团教师指导工作方面还需进一步加强。基于此,从开展创新类社会实践活动、创新学生宿舍管理方式和加强社团管理方面提出高校学生管理创新路径,以期为进一步完善高校学生管理体系和提高大学生的培养质量奠定基础。The study conducts a questionnaire survey on college students in a city,uses SPSS 19.0 data analysis software for empirical research,deeply analyzes the status quo of the current college student management system and the importance of the urgent transformation of the current college student management system.The results show that students’understanding of university management rules is not sufficient,but basically all students think that the current management system of colleges and universities is reasonable or very reasonable.Colleges and universities should further strengthen the management of student dormitory life and the guidance of community teachers.Based on this,the study puts forward the innovation path of college student management system from the aspects of implement of innovative social practice activities,innovation of the management mode of student dormitory and the promotion of the management of community organizations,so as to lay the foundation for further improving the management system of college students and the training quality of college students.
