摘 要:为克服深水动态管缆构型传统优化设计方法的低效与结果精度差等缺点,基于改进后的CAGA遗传算法,以浮力块与配重块的数量和具体布置、管缆位置为关键设计参数,以最小化管缆张力及曲率为优化目标,利用数值优化方法,对缓波型深水动态管构型参数进行优化设计,实现设计过程的智能化与高效化,通过制定初步设计-静态优化-动态优化方案,逐步缩小变量区间,获取动态管缆最优构型参数,为缓波型深水动态管缆的构型优化设计提供参考。To address the low efficiency and poor accuracy of traditional optimization methods for deepwater dynamic cable configurations,the study presents an optimization design based on an improved CAGA genetic algorithm.Through using buoyancy modules,weight blocks(quantity and arrangement),and cable position as design variables,the study takes the minimum cable tension and curvature as optimization objectives,employs numerical optimization,enhances lazy-wave deepwater dynamic cable parameters,achieves the intelligent and efficient design of the entire process.Through a three-stage approach(preliminary design,static optimization,and dynamic optimization),the variable intervals are gradually narrowed to obtain optimal dynamic cable configuration parameters,providing a reference solution for lazy-wave deep-water dynamic cable configuration optimization.
