摘 要:智能传感系统是现代信息技术的重要组成部分,而多源信息融合技术的应用极大提升了传感系统的性能和可靠性。基于D-S证据理论和模糊集理论,提出一种改进的多源信息融合算法,实现对温度、湿度、压力等多源传感数据的有效整合。通过构建三层融合架构,包括数据层、特征层和决策层,实现传感数据的优化处理。实验结果表明,采用该融合方法可将系统测量精度提高23.5%,故障诊断准确率提升至95.8%,显著增强智能传感系统的可靠性和适应性。Intelligent sensing system is an important part of modern information technology,and the application of multi-source information integration technology greatly improves the performance and reliability of the sensing system.Based on D-S evidence theory and fuzzy set theory,the study proposes an improved multi-source information fusion algorithm to realize the effective integration of multi-source sensor data:temperature,humidity and pressure,etc.By constructing a three-layer fusion architecture,including data layer,feature layer and decision layer,the sensor data can be optimized.The results of the experiment show that by using this fusion method,the measurement accuracy of the system can be increased by 23.5%,the fault diagnosis accuracy can be increased to 95.8%,and the reliability and adaptability of the intelligent sensing system can be significantly enhanced.
