摘  要:材料化学专业实验设计教学多选用回归分析法和正交表设计法,存在影响因素选择主观化、数据处理复杂化和实验操作冗杂化的缺点。针对这一问题,作者选用了一种高效的响应面分析法,通过案例介绍了响应面分析法进行实验设计的操作过程。响应面分析法在建立非线性关系模型、确定因素和响应值之间的函数关系、分析影响因素交互作用方面具有显著优势,是一种值得学习推广的实验设计方法。At present, the regression analysis method and orthogonal table design method are mostly used in the experimental design teachingof material chemistry specialty. There are some disadvantages such as subjective selection of influencing factors, complicated dataprocessing and complicated experimental operation. In response to this problem, this paper introduces an efficient and high-quality responsesurface analysis method. Through detailed case introduction, the experimental design operation process of response surfaceanalysis method is analyzed. The response surface analysis method has significant advantages in establishing a nonlinear relationshipmodel, determining the functional relationship between factors and response values, and analyzing the interaction of influencing factors.It is an experimental design method worth learning and promoting.
