摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院收治的100例直肠癌患者开展研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50,行传统开腹手术)、观察组(n=50,行腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术)。比较两组临床指标、不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组手术时间更长,术中出血量更少,术后首次排气、下床时间更早,住院时间更短(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:直肠癌患者应用腹腔镜下保留盆腔自主神经直肠癌根治术治疗的效果较好,术中出血量更少,术后恢复更快,不良反应发生率更低,但手术时间较长。Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation in the treatment of rectal cancer.Methods:One hundred patients with rectal cancer admitted to the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into the control group(n=50,undergoing traditional open surgery)and the observation group(n=50,undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation)by the random number table method.The clinical indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a longer operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,earlier time for the first postoperative exhaust and getting out of bed,and a shorter hospital stay(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation for rectal cancer patients is better.The intraoperative blood loss is less,the postoperative recovery is faster,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,but the operation time is longer.
