摘　　要：目的:探究内镜联合腹腔镜胃肠微创手术治疗早期胃癌的效果。方法:选择青岛市城阳区人民医院普外科2022年2月—2024年2月收治的60例早期胃癌患者为研究对象,随机分成常规组(采取腹腔镜胃肠微创手术治疗)与研究组(采取内镜联合腹腔镜胃肠微创手术治疗),各30例。比较两组并发症发生情况、临床指标及恢复指标。结果:两组并发症发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量少于常规组,手术时间长于常规组,住院时间短于常规组(P<0.001);研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、恢复进食时间均短于常规组(P<0.001)。结论:内镜联合腹腔镜胃肠微创手术在早期胃癌治疗中具有明显优势,能够减少术中出血量,促进患者术后更快恢复,缩短住院时间,且不增加并发症发生风险,但手术时间较长。Objective:To explore the effect of endoscopic combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer.Methods:Sixty patients with early gastric cancer admitted to the Department of General Surgery,Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the conventional group(treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery)and the study group(treated with endoscopic combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery),with thirty cases in each group.The occurrence of complications,clinical indicators and recovery indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss of the study group was less than that of the conventional group,the operation time was longer than that of the conventional group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.001).The recovery time of bowel sounds,the time of first flatulence and the time of resuming eating in the study group were all shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Endoscopic combined with laparoscopic minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery has obvious advantages in the treatment of early gastric cancer.It can reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote faster postoperative recovery of patients,shorten the hospital stay,and does not increase the risk of complications.However,the operation time is relatively long.
