基于文献计量学的脑机接口技术在神经康复领域研究热点的可视化分析

摘  要:目的基于文献计量学对脑机接口(BCI)技术在神经康复领域的研究热点进行可视化分析,为神经康复临床实践提供科学依据和数据支持。方法以“脑机接口、脑-机接口、BCI、神经康复、神经功能恢复”为主题词检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库自建库起至2024年6月30日收录的文献,采用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词等信息进行分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果共纳入346篇文献。自2003年起脑机接口技术在神经康复领域的研究逐渐兴起,并在2017年后呈显著增长趋势,至2023年发文量达到最高水平。以高小榕、万柏坤和王永骥等为核心的研究团队形成了紧密的合作关系。天津大学、华南理工大学、燕山大学、上海交通大学等为主要研究机构,并建立了广泛的合作网络。“脑机接口”“运动想象”“脑卒中”“脑电信号”“康复”等关键词出现频率最高,且其中心性均超过0.1。聚类分析结果显示,除“脑机接口”外,“信号处理”“脑电”“模式识别”“深度学习”“运动想象”“虚拟现实”“脑卒中”“上肢”等9个主题为研究的主要焦点。结论BCI技术在神经康复领域的研究活跃度逐年上升,形成了以信号处理、机器学习等多个技术的研究热点和合作网络,预示着BCI技术在神经康复中拥有广阔的应用前景。Objective To conduct a visualization analysis of research hotspots in brain-computer interface(BCI)technology within the field of neurological rehabilitation,providing scientific evidence and data support for clinical practice.Methods Literature in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database was searched from its inception to June 30,2024 with the subject terms of brain-computer interface,BCI,neurorehabilitation,neurological function recovery.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to analyze the authors,institutions,keywords,and other information of the included literature and to draw visual maps.Results Analysis of 346 included studies revealed that BCI research in neurological rehabilitation gradually emerged in 2003,showed significant growth after 2017,and peaked in 2023.Core research groups led by Gao Xiaorong,Wan Baikun,and Wang Yongji demonstrated strong internal collaboration.Key institutions,including Tianjin University,South China University of Technology,Yanshan University,and Shanghai Jiao Tong University formed extensive collaborative networks.High-frequency keywords with centrality>0.1 included"brain-computer interface,""motor imagery,""stroke,""EEG signals,"and"rehabilitation."Cluster analysis identified 9 research themes,such as EEG signal processing,stroke rehabilitation,and upper limb dysfunction.Conclusion The research activity of BCI technology in the field of neurorehabilitation has been increasing year by year,forming a research hotspot and cooperation network with multiple technologies such as signal processing and machine learning,which predicts that BCI technology has a broad application prospect in neurorehabilitation.
