摘　　要：纤维组织细胞瘤(FH)是由成纤维细胞和组织细胞构成的间叶性肿瘤,通常多见于四肢等部位,极少发生于乳房,而乳头部位的良性纤维组织细胞瘤(BFH)更是罕见。既往研究多聚焦于乳腺恶性FH的病理特征、诊断方法及治疗策略,但乳头部位的BFH因其特殊的解剖位置和罕见性,其病理特征、临床表现及治疗策略尚未得到系统性探讨。本文回顾性分析1例发生于乳头的BFH的病例资料,结合相关文献分析其临床特征、病理表现、鉴别诊断、治疗及预后,旨在加强临床医师对FH的认识。Fibrous histiocytoma(FH)is a mesenchymal tumor composed of fibroblasts and histiocytoma.It is usually found in the extremities and other parts of the body,and rarely in the nipple,and benign fibrous histiocytoma(BFH)is extremely rare.Previous studies have mostly focused on the pathological features,diagnostic methods and treatment strategies of malignant breast FH,but the pathological features,clinical manifestations and treatment strategies of BFH in the nipple have not been systematically discussed due to its special anatomical location and rarity.This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical features,pathological manifestations,differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of a case of papillary BFH,with the aim of strengthening clinicians'understanding of FH.
