摘　　要：目的分析社区基本公共卫生服务中慢性病管理效果的影响因素。方法选取2022年1月—2024年6月济南市莱芜区杨庄镇160例慢性病患者。以临床指标为主要评价内容,按照管理效果分为良好组(n=98)和不良组(n=62),统计一般资料,应用单因素、Logistic回归分析管理结果的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,良好组与不良组性别、年龄、文化程度、医保类型、参与慢性病管理时间、服药种类、自我感觉、心理状态、满意度方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、参与慢性病管理时间、服药种类、自我感觉、心理状态、满意度为慢性病管理效果的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论影响慢性病患者管理效果的因素除了疾病本身、服药种类、年龄、文化程度、参与慢性病管理时间等客观因素之外,还会受到满意度、自我感觉、心理状态等主观因素影响,应当重视患者的心理健康管理,综合提升服务质量,优化患者的就医体验。Objective To analyze the influencing factors on the effectiveness of chronic disease management in communitybased public health services.Methods A total of 160 chronic disease patients from Yangzhuang Town,Laiwu District,Ji'nan City,were selected as the study subjects from January 2022 to June 2024.Clinical indicators were used as the primary evaluation criteria,and patients were divided into a good management group(n=98)and a poor management group(n=62)based on their management outcomes.General data were collected,and univariate and logistic regression analyses were performed to identify influencing factors affecting management effectiveness.Results Univariate analysis showed statistically significant differences between the good and poor management groups in terms of gender,age,education level,type of medical insurance,duration of participation in chronic disease management,number of medications,self-perception,psychological status,and satisfaction level(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that age,education level,duration of participation in chronic disease management,number of medications,self-perception,psychological status,and satisfaction level were influencing factors of chronic disease management outcomes(P<0.05).Conclusions In addition to objective factors such as disease severity,number of medications,age,education level,and duration of participation in chronic disease management,subjective factors including satisfaction level,self-perception,and psychological status also significantly influence the effectiveness of chronic disease management.Greater emphasis should be placed on psychological health management,comprehensive improvement of service quality,and optimization of patients'healthcare experiences.
