摘　　要：本文概述了PLC技术的内涵、工作原理及特点,详细介绍了PLC控制系统的组成部分和设计原则,并探讨了PLC在工业电气自动化中的应用,包括闭环控制、顺序控制、开关量控制以及在多功能天车、电捕焦油器、焙烧净化系统、解组站控制系统中的应用。同时,指出了在工业电气自动化中应用PLC技术时需要注意的温度、湿度、振动和电源等问题。随着PLC系统和相关技术的不断发展,其在工业电气自动化控制领域的应用前景将更加广阔。This paper summarizes the connotation,working principle and characteristics of PLC technology,introduces the components and design principles of PLC control system in detail,and discusses the application of PLC in industrial electrical automation,including closed-loop control,sequence control,switching control and the application in multifunctional overhead crane,electric tar precipitator,roasting and purification system,and disassembly station control system.At the same time,the problems of temperature,humidity,vibration and power supply that need to be paid attention to when applying PLC technology in industrial electrical automation are pointed out.With the continuous development of PLC system and related technologies,its application prospects in the field of industrial electrical automation control will be broader.
