摘  要:目的检测白塞葡萄膜炎(Behçet’s uveitis,BU)与正常对照组标本中miR-665、STAT3、p-STAT3、IL-17的表达差异,探讨分子指标在疾病中发挥的生物学功能作用。方法选取2022年01月至2022年09月期间在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院眼科就诊的BU患者作为实验组(15例),选取年龄和性别均分别匹配的健康人作为对照组(15例),分别抽取外周静脉血4-6ml,检测miR-665、STAT3、p-STAT3、IL-17的表达水平。结果实验组miR-665、p-STAT3、IL-17的表达高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),STAT3在实验组与对照组中的表达无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论BU患者miR-665、p-STAT3、IL-17表达异常,其三者可能参与了BU的发生和发展过程。Objective To detect the differences in the expression of miR-665,STAT3,p-STAT3 and IL-17 in samples of Behçet’s uveitis(BU)and normal control groups,and to explore the biological function of molecular indicators in diseases.Methods BU patients who visited the ophthalmology department of our hospital from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the experimental group(15 cases),and healthy people with matching ages and genders were selected as the control group(15 cases),and 4-6ml of peripheral venous blood was drawn to detect the expression levels of miR-665,STAT3,p-STAT3 and IL-17.Results The expressions of miR-665,p-STAT3 and IL-17 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the expression of STAT3 between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with BU have abnormal expression of miR-665,p-STAT3 and IL-17,and these three may be involved in the occurrence and development of BU.
