摘 要:目的构建适用于麻醉科专科医师的以胜任力为导向的置信职业行为(EPA)指标。方法通过文献回顾和德尔菲专家函询的方法,确定麻醉科专科医师的置信职业指标清单条目及年度信任级别。使用SPSS 22.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果3轮咨询专家积极程度分别为100%、100%、96%,权威系数(CV)分别为0.93、0.94、0.95,第1轮咨询的变异系数(Cr)<0.24。最终构建包括37个指标的EPA指标及信任级别。结论专家的积极程度、权威程度以及意见协调程度均较高,结果可信;初步构建了较高质量的以胜任力为导向的麻醉科专科医师EPA指标及在不同时间节点的预期置信级别,为麻醉科专科医师胜任力导向的培训及评价提供参考。Objective To construct competency-oriented entrustable professional activity(EPA)indicators for anesthesiology specialists.Methods A literature review and Delphi expert consultation were conducted to define EPA indicator items and annual entrustment levels for anesthesiology specialists.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results The expert response rates for three rounds of consultation was 100%,100%and 96%.The authority coefficients(CV)was 0.93,0.94 and 0.95,and coefficient of variation(CV)in the first round was<0.24.A final set of 37 EPA indicators with corresponding entrustment levels was constructed.Conclusions The high expert engagement,authority and consensus coordination ensure reliable results.The positive degree and coordination degree of experts are high,and the results are credible.The competency-oriented EPA indicators and expected entrustment levels at different training stages provide valuable reference for competency-oriented training and evaluation of anesthesiology specialists.
