摘　　要：高校思想政治工作体系关乎高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。辅导员作为立德树人这一任务的指引者和引导者,在面对和教育医学研究生这一群体时,有必要发挥辅导员在人才培养质量提升过程中的作用,加强教育引导,以帮助其实现自身价值,为医学事业奉献自己的力量。The ideological and political work system in universities is related to the fundamental question of what kind of people universities cultivate,how to cultivate them,and for whom to cultivate them.We must adhere to taking moral education as the central link and integrat⁃ing ideological and political work throughout the entire process of education and teaching.As the guide and mentor of the task of cultivating virtue and educating medical graduate students,it is necessary for counselors to play their role in improving the quality of talent cultivation,strengthen educational guidance,and help them realize their own value,and contribute their own strength to the medical profession.
