摘  要:随着高等教育的普及与发展,高校资助育人工作的重要性日益凸显。然而,传统资助模式在精准度和育人深度上存在局限。广东工商职业技术大学育“财”“经”心辅导员工作室作为创新实践,为解决这些问题提供了新思路。本文旨在深入研究该工作室的建设过程、运行模式及育人成效,通过案例剖析,总结高校资助育人类辅导员工作室建设的有效经验与面临挑战,探索优化路径,为推动高校资助育人工作专业化、科学化发展提供理论依据与实践参考,助力高校培养更多全面发展的高素质人才。With the popularization and development of higher education,the importance of funding and educating students in universities has become increasingly prominent.However,traditional funding models have limitations in terms of precision and depth of education.As an innovative practice,the"Finance"and"Economics"Counselor Studio of Guangdong University of Commerce and Technology provides new ideas for solving these problems.This article aims to conduct in-depth research on the construction process,operation mode,and educa⁃tional effectiveness of the studio.Through case analysis,it summarizes the effective experience and challenges faced by the construction of human counselor studios funded by universities,explores optimization paths,and provides theoretical basis and practical reference for pro⁃moting the professionalization and scientific development of university funded educational work,helping universities cultivate more highquality talents with comprehensive development.
