摘 要:针对DP980双相钢因热轧钢卷内圈松卷导致挫伤切损和内圈浪形导致跑偏轧破切损,影响平整成材率的问题,研究分析了平整生产过程各项控制参数的影响规律。通过优化平整速度、卷取张力、开卷张力和弯辊力等平整参数,对钢卷全长不同长度位置平整参数进行精细化调整,并将平整参数调整规则写入平整自动化系统进行参数自动调整,减少了平整生产过程对操作工生产经验的依赖,提高DP980双相钢平整成材率和生产效率。To address the issue of reduced yield in the tempering process of DP980 duplex steel due to coil loosening causing bruising and cutting losses in the inner layers,as well as edge waviness leading to misalignment and breakage,this study analyzes the influence of various control parameters in the tempering process.By optimizing tempering parameters such as speed,coiling tension,uncoiling tension,and roll bending force,and making fine adjustments to these parameters at different positions along the full length of the steel coil,we have incorporated these adjustment rules into the temper mill's automation system for automatic parameter adjustment.This reduces the reliance on operators’production experience during the tempering process and improves both the yield of DP980 duplex steel and the production efficiency of the temper mill.
