摘　　要：目的探讨合并幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染对慢性牙周炎治疗效果的影响。方法纳入2019年3月至2023年3月医院收治的60例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据患者是否合并HP分为未合并HP组(37例)和合并HP组(23例)。所有患者均给予牙周基础治疗。比较两组患者基线资料、实验室指标以及临床疗效,分析合并HP感染与慢性牙周炎治疗效果的关系。结果治疗前和治疗1个月时,合并HP组hs-CRP水平、牙周袋探诊深度、TNF-α水平、牙周附着丧失、龈沟出血指数、IL-6水平、菌斑指数、牙龈指数均高于未合并HP组(P<0.05);合并HP组总有效率低于未合并HP组(P<0.05);经点二列相关性分析结果显示,合并HP感染与慢性牙周炎患者治疗效果呈负相关(r=-0.377,P=0.003)。结论合并HP感染的慢性牙周炎患者口腔环境较差,且可影响治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of combined Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection on the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Method Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were included as the study subjects.According to whether the patients had HP,they were divided into a non combined HP group(37 cases)and a combined HP group(23 cases).All patients were given basic periodontal treatment.The baseline data,laboratory indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the relationship between HP infection and the therapeutic effect of chronic periodontitis was analyzed.Results Before and 1 month after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,probing depth of periodontal pocket,TNF-α,periodontal attachment loss,gingival sulcus bleeding index,IL-6,plaque index and gingival index in the HP group were higher than those in the non-HP group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined HP group was lower than that of non-HP group(P<0.05).The results of point two column correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the treatment effect of patients with concurrent HP infection and chronic periodontitis(r=-0.377,P=0.003).Conclusion Patients with chronic periodontitis complicated with HP infection have poor oral environment and can affect treatment effectiveness.
