摘　　要：目的 研究非药物治疗轻度代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)的临床疗效。方法 本研究采用前瞻性队列研究设计,收集研究者所在单位2023年11月-2024年6月消化内科及体检科接收的MAFLD患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(50例,单纯低热量饮食干预)和实验组(50例,低热量饮食联合组合运动干预),比较两组疗效。结果 两组受试者干预后的血脂指标和肝功能指标差值均较前明显下降,HDL-C干预后升高差值为负;同时空腹血糖差值也明显下降(P<0.05)。两组受试者干预后的肝脏瞬时弹性成像、肝硬度均较前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论 与单纯的饮食干预相比,联合运动干预为轻度MAFLD患者的治疗提供了一种安全、有效的非药物治疗选择。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of non-drug treatment for mild metabolism-related fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Methods This study adopted a prospective cohort design.Patients with MAFLD who were admitted to the Department of gastroenterology and physical examination from November 2023 to June 2024 were collected as research objects,and were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases with simple low-calorie diet intervention)and the experimental group(50 cases with low-calorie diet combined with exercise intervention)according to the numbers.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the difference values of blood lipid index and liver function index of two groups were significantly decreased,and the difference value of HDL-C increased after intervention was negative,the difference of fasting blood glucose also decreased significantly(P<0.05).After intervention,the instantaneous elastic imaging and liver hardness of both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with dietary intervention alone,combined exercise intervention provides a safe and effective non-drug treatment option for patients with mild MAFLD.
