摘　　要：目的 分析血液透析信息化管理系统在提升县区级医院血透室质控工作中的应用。方法 选择在我院接受长期血液透析的患者160例及12名血透室工作人员为研究对象,将2021年度的血透室质控工作设为对照组,该组未引入血液透析信息化管理系统,将2024年度的血透室质控工作设为研究组,该组引入血液透析信息化管理系统,对比两组的管理质量。结果 研究组的数据采集、统计分析和形成报表用时均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗室消毒合格率、透析用水生物污染检验合格率高于对照组,研究组的透析患者β2微球蛋白定时检测完成率、血液透析患者透析期间体重增长控制率、血常规定时检验率和透析患者血液生化定时检验率、透析患者血清白蛋白控制率、高血压控制率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组内瘘长期使用率、新入透析患者血源性传染病标志物检验完成率、维持性血液透析患者血源性传染病标志物定时检验完成率对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 血液透析信息化管理系统可提升县区级医院血透室质控工作效率与质量。Objective To analyze the application of hemodialysis information management system in improving the quality control of hemodialysis room in county-level hospitals.Methods 160 patients with long-term hemodialysis and 12 hemodialysis room staff in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The hemodialysis room quality control work in 2021 was set as the control group.The group did not introduce the hemodialysis information management system.The hemodialysis room quality control work in 2024 was set as the study group.The group introduced the hemodialysis information management system to compare the management quality of the two groups.Results The data collection,statistical analysis and report formation time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection in the treatment room and the qualified rate of biological pollution test in dialysis water in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The completion rate ofβ2 microglobulin timing detection in dialysis patients,the control rate of weight gain during dialysis in hemodialysis patients,the timing test rate of blood routine,the timing test rate of blood biochemistry in dialysis patients,the control rate of serum albumin in dialysis patients,and the control rate of hypertension in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the long-term use rate of internal fistula between the two groups,the completion rate of blood-borne infectious disease markers in new dialysis patients,and the completion rate of blood-borne infectious disease markers in maintenance hemodialysis patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis information management system can improve the efficiency and quality of quality control in hemodialysis room of county and district hospitals.
