感恩拓延-建构理论下护理用于卵巢癌化疗患者对心理应激及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨卵巢癌化疗患者应用感恩拓延-建构理论下护理取得的效果。方法 纳入2021年6月-2024年6月本院卵巢癌化疗患者共100例,经由随机数表法,将其中50例设为对照组(常规护理),其余50例归为干预组(常规护理+感恩拓延-建构理论下护理)。观察两组心理状态、自我感受负担、希望水平、癌因性疲乏与不良反应。结果 干预后,干预组抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)各部分评分、自我感受负担量表(SPBS-CP)评分均比对照组低(P<0.05),Herth希望量表(HHI)评分比对照组高(P<0.05);干预组干预后的多维度疲乏症状量表-简表(MFSI-sF)评分、不良反应总发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论 卵巢癌化疗护理中,感恩拓延-建构理论下护理可帮助患者改善心理应激,有助于预防不良反应。Objective To explore the nursing effect of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy under the broaden-and-build theory of gratitude.Methods A total of 100 patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital between June 2021 and June 2024 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,50 patients were assigned to the control group(routine nursing),and the other 50 patients were assigned to the intervention group(routine nursing+nursing under the broaden-and-build theory of gratitude).The psychological state,self-perceived burden,hope level,cancer-related fatigue and adverse reactions were observed.Results After the intervention,the scores of all parts of Depression Anxiety Stress Scale(DASS-21)and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS-CP)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of Herth Hope Index(HHI)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the multidimensional Fatigue Symptom Scale-Short Form(MFSI-sF)score and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In ovarian cancer chemotherapy nursing,nursing under the broaden-and-build theory of gratitude can help to improve psychological stress and prevent adverse reactions.
