摘  要:数字化技术的优势不仅在于减少繁琐的临床操作,更重要的是增加治疗的安全性、有效性和准确性。数字化摄影和扫描获取颅颌面结构和牙[牙合]模型、人工智能进行测量和诊断分析、数字化设计和制作个性化矫治器,这些静态的单一模块的数字化技术已广泛应用于口腔正畸临床。然而,口腔正畸治疗主要涉及牙齿移动、牙槽骨改建、颌面生长等动态变化。如何将数字化技术应用到动态的口腔正畸诊疗中,以助力正畸目标位的确定、提高矫治效率和精准度,数字化正畸的范畴有待进一步扩展。The advantages of digital technology in dentistry extend beyond merely streamlining cumbersome clinical procedures;more significantly,the safety,efficiency,and accuracy of treatment are enhanced.Digital photography and scanning are employed to capture craniofacial structures and dental cast models.Artificial intelligence is utilized for measurement and diagnostic analysis.Computer-aided design and manufacturing facilitate the fabrication of customized orthodontic appliances.These static single-module digital technologies have been widely adopted in contemporary orthodontic practice.However,orthodontic treatment primarily involves dynamic changes such as tooth movement,alveolar bone remodeling,and maxillofacial growth.Therefore,it is imperative to explore how digital technology can be applied to dynamic orthodontic treatment in order to establish more predictable treatment objectives and to improve both efficiency and accuracy of treatment.The scope of digital orthodontics requires furtherexpansion.
